Key Responsibilities
Research customer and item-related inquiries
Handle escalated issues and facilitate small to intermediate
projects
Assist with training and day-to-day questions
Qualifications
2+ years of business experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
preferred
Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts and
principles
Identifies possible solutions to technical problems
Receives general guidance and may receive detailed instruction on
new projects
