Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term
goals
Oversee financial analysis and reporting, including variance
analysis and KPIs
Collaborate with business leaders to monitor financial performance
and metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or
related fields; MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
5+ years in a finance leadership role within the P&C insurance
industry
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles,
and insurance industry best practices
Highly advanced modeling skills and proficiency in Excel,
PowerPoint; experience with Sage Intacct, Adaptive, and Workiva
preferred
