Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of ARO Operations to oversee
a team of AR Follow-Up Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality customer
service
Manage workflow, resource allocation, and departmental
reporting
Conduct performance reviews, training, and development for team
members
Required Qualifications and Education
7+ years of healthcare experience
4+ years of experience in people management
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Commercial billing
Established understanding of HIT systems like EPIC or Paragon
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
