Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Educator responsible for
developing and coordinating educational initiatives across various
care delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and assess learning activities related to clinical
competencies and regulatory requirements
Consult and mentor clinical staff in program development and
professional growth
Utilize data to identify improvement areas and track education
intervention effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Active California Registered Nurse license
Five years of nursing experience
Two years of experience in staff development or academic
teaching
Strong understanding of clinical practices and educational program
development
General computer skills and working knowledge of Google Suite
