New graduates welcome to apply!*Salary: $75,000 - $112,000 based upon experience *_*Details: *_* 40 hours week* M-F 8A-4:30P* Direct Hire- Staff position* Busy inpatient/outpatient. This PT will be treating Independent Living residents primarily (some with Memory Care needs)* Mix of Outpatient and Inpatient setting* 82 bed SNF/ and IL facilities* Use RestoreSkills EMR.* Specialized training chronic pain, vestibular, pelvic health, and ACTS exercise based trainings.*About the Facility ** This facility is a long-standing, reputable non-profit organization with very nice CCRC communities.* This location has a beautiful, newer, state of the art large gym and nice fitness center.* DOFR (Dir of Fitness & Rehab) has been there for 6 years. They have a good-sized, cohesive team.
