Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter II responsible for
supporting and developing employer Middle Market and SPA account
reports.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and analyze employer-specific utilization reports to
support Sales and Marketing efforts
Calculate and produce rate quotes and renewal packages for small
groups with under 100 contracts
Ensure data integrity of reporting packages and participate in
special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Underwriting or HMO
Experience in producing and analyzing ad hoc reports
Ability to make independent renewal decisions within underwriting
authority limits
Familiarity with IRMA reports and queries for rate calculations
Experience in presenting reports to external clients and
consultants
