Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Post Closing Analyst to manage
post-closing processes in mortgage lending.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve suspense issues and audit findings from
various sources
Input and maintain information within the Loan Origination System
(Encompass)
Build relationships with investors and internal teams to ensure
timely loan purchases
Required Qualifications
10 years of mortgage closing, post-closing, or related
experience
Strong quality focus and a sense of urgency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet
deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of lending requirements for Conventional, FHA, and VA
loans
